He explains that an Article V convention, in and of itself, is neither good nor bad — rather, it is an extremely powerful tool that can do terrible destruction if in the wrong hands. Brown warns that “the wrong hands” include the vast majority of people involved in politics today, since the modern-day electorate is largely ignorant about the U.S. Constitution and the principles of liberty.
